Terms of Service

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website at scrapelads.com, the data-extraction actors published by ScrapeLads on Apify, and the MCP server at scrapelads.com/mcp (together, "the service"). By using any of them you accept these terms.

2. Accounts and billing

The service runs on Apify. You need an Apify account, and usage is billed by Apify to that account at the prices published on each actor's listing. We never see or store your payment details. Billing disputes, credits and plan limits are handled under Apify's terms, not these ones.

The MCP server uses your own Apify token. It is forwarded to Apify on each call so the run is billed to you, and it is never stored.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to break any law, including data-protection law, in your jurisdiction;
• collect or process personal data without a lawful basis;
• use it for harassment, stalking, spam, or building profiles of individuals for those purposes;
• attempt to overload, attack or reverse the billing of the service;
• resell the service as your own product without changing what it actually does.

The service reads publicly available data. It does not grant you any rights over that data, and it does not make your use of it lawful — that is your responsibility.

4. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Third-party platforms change their sites without notice, and a scraper can break as a result. We fix breakages as we find them, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Failed runs do not produce billable results.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the run that gave rise to the claim.

7. Third-party platforms

ScrapeLads is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Meta, Google or Apify. All trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Questions and disputes

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at hello@scrapelads.com and we will try to resolve it directly. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction.
