How to export all videos from a TikTok account

Want to study what a competitor posts, or audit your own account? Get every video, with stats, in one sheet.

Short answer

Give TikTok Profile Videos a handle and a maximum. It returns one row per public video with caption, hashtags, sound, duration, views, likes, comments, shares and post date.

A real use case

A DTC brand wants to copy what works for its top competitor. They export the competitor's last 300 videos, sort by views, and see that the top 20 almost all use a “3 mistakes” hook under 25 seconds.

Step by step

  1. Enter the handle or profile URL. Add more handles to export several accounts.
  2. Set Maximum results to how many videos you want.
  3. Run and download the CSV.
  4. Sort by views and read the captions of the top 10%.

Input (paste into the JSON tab)

{
  "handles": [
    "@competitor.brand"
  ],
  "maxResults": 300
}

What you get back

{
  "videoUrl": "https://www.tiktok.com/@competitor.brand/video/7391234567890123456",
  "caption": "3 mistakes everyone makes with cast iron",
  "hashtags": [
    "cooking",
    "castiron"
  ],
  "musicTitle": "original sound",
  "duration": 23,
  "views": 880000,
  "likes": 61000,
  "uploadedAt": "2026-09-30T15:12:00Z"
}

Trimmed example. Names and numbers are illustrative; your run returns real data with more fields.

Tips

  • Group by musicTitle to see which sounds they reuse.
  • Want what is said, not just the caption? Use the TikTok transcript guide.

What it costs

$0.50 per 1,000 videos. 300 videos cost about $0.15.

Plus a small per-run start fee. Apify's free plan includes monthly credit, enough to test. Check the listing for current pricing.

FAQ

Does it download the video files?

It returns video data and links, not the files themselves.
